MCC has an immediate need for Pipe Welders in our Long Beach facility. The ideal applicant will have experience in:
GMAW (MIG) - bare wire for the root pass; FCAW (Flux Core) for the filler pass and cap
GTAW (Heliarc), a plus but not required
GMAW - Stainless steel open butt, a plus but not required
Skills/Requirements
Must be able to pass a 6G GMAW (MIG) x-ray test, uphill on 6 Schedule 40 Carbon Steel
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a fabrication shop
Basic OSHA 10 Hr Safety
Ability to work ovetime when required
Valid driver's license and own transportation
